This is held every two months on the first Wednesday at 2.00pm (i.e. Jan, Mar, etc.). It is usually held at the Winding Wheel in Chesterfield and includes a talk by a guest speaker. Prospective members may attend in order to find out more about U3A.
Our next open meeting is on January the 2nd at the Winding Wheel in the Auditorium at 2 pm. The speaker is Andrew Headings, the first European to win the Iditasport race across midwinter Alaska, who has since competed in other endurance races including a 430 mile race in Canada. Professional photographs taken by Andrew will accompany the talk.
